Serbisyo Caravan para sa Sarangan

ALABEL, Sarangani (March 5, 2021) – Some municipal and provincial officials of Alabel and Sarangani lead the turnover of wheelchairs to beneficiaries of Barangay Domolok during the Serbisyo Caravan para sa Sarangan on March 3. The wheelchairs were from the Department of Health in partnership with the Walk Free program under the Serbisyong Sarangan Community Outreach Program in coordination with the Provincial Health Office. During the event, there were three patients who immediately received their brand new wheelchairs. Asma Akmad, Serbisyong Sarangan Community Outreach program manager disclosed “these three patients who immediately received their wheelchairs are those na pasok yung kanilang assessment sa available units natin na nasa site, and aside from them may dalawa pa tayong bibigyan na ki-nustomized natin yung kanilang wheelchairs based doon sa kanilang assessment.” Some of the officials present during the event were Mayor Vic Paul Salarda; Board Members Corazon Grafilo, Irish Louie Arnado-Beñola, and Ephraim Galzote; Assistant Provincial Administrator Engr. Gerald Faciol; Barangay Captain Elmer Aliden; Atty. Ryan Ramos representing Congressman Rogelio Pacquiao; some Alabel municipal councilors; and some representatives from the provincial Capitol offices. The Serbisyo Caravan para sa Sarangan was conducted along with the Serbisyong SMILE sa Barangay of the Municipal Local Government Unit of Alabel.
