ALABEL, Sarangani (June 29, 2022) – Governor-elect Rogelio "Ruel" Pacquiao takes his oath as the new governor of Sarangani province on June 29 at the Capitol grounds. The Deputy Speaker of the lone district of Sarangani is now the 5th governor of the province. During his oath-taking before Executive Judge Bill Lugo Ybarley, he was accompanied by the Pacquiao family, including his wife Jobelle Pacquiao, his kids, his mom Dionisia, his father Rosalio, General Santos City Mayor-elect Lorelie Pacquiao, Maasim Mayor Zyrex Pacquiao, and Congressman Bobby Pacquiao.
