ALABEL, Sarangani (February 27, 2022) – Some candidates for the 2022 election join the vote-counting machines (VCM) testing during the candidates’ briefing and VCM roadshow presentation at the Capitol gym on February 26. This will be the fifth election in the country to use an automated election system.
