Blase is among the 12 members of the “Pulis sa Barangay Team”, personnel of the Alabel Municipal Police Station and Sarangani Police Mobile Force Company who were deployed for immersion in Sitio Kablan to provide basic social services and address the needs of the people in the community. The community immersion lasted for three months, which started on April 9 and concluded on July 15. According to Lebanan, the RPSB is in support to Executive Order No. 70, or the Whole-of-Nation Approach to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC). “At the same time, ito yung sa Retooled Community Support Program or RCSP ng Philippine National Police sa ating mga considered na GIDAs or Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas sa ating probinsya,” Lebanan added. In Region XII, barangay Domolok in Alabel is the first to successfully conduct the immersion program. Domolok is among the three identified GIDAs, together with barangays Pag-asa and Datal Anggas, which will also benefit from the RPSB immersion program.
