ALABEL, Sarangani (January 25, 2021) – PLTCOL Joedy Lito Doria Guisinga, deputy provincial director for administration (DPDA) of the Sarangani Police Provincial Office (SPPO), thanks the partners and stakeholders of the Blood-letting Activity and One-Stop Shop Caravan on License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) on January 22 at the Provincial Headquarters in barangay Kawas. Guisinga, who was previously the Deputy Provincial Director for Operations of Sultan Kudarat Police Provincial Office, is the newly-installed DPDA of the SPPO, effective January 21. “It is just my second day, but I believe we could see how the rest of the concerned stakeholders truly support the endeavors of the Philippine National Police,” Guisinga said. On behalf of the SPPO Provincial Director PCOL Michael Forro Lebanan, Guisinga expressed his gratitude for the support of the Sarangan Eagles Club, Congressman Ruel Pacquiao, province of Sarangani, and the seven municipal mayors of the province. According to Guisinga, this is “the first time of the SPPO to have this joint project with the Sarangan Eagles Club and the rest of the stakeholders, and we are looking forward for this teamwork.” The Sarangan Eagles Club is a Fraternal Socio-Civic Organization organized and chartered on November 13, 2020, headed by its president, Sangguniang Panlalawigan member Joseph Calanao. Calanao said the club’s objectives and goals include “brotherhood, unity, and service to humanity, with the help of the divine power, the Almighty.” (Martin Fernando Bernad Jr. – Jori Mae Samillano/SARANGANI PROVINCIAL INFORMATION OFFICE)
