ALABEL, Sarangani (March 23, 2022) – Several department heads and assistant department heads of Capitol offices visit the newly-inaugurated Sarangani Provincial Hospital (SPH) East Wing building on March 21. Dr. Aileen Brion, chief of hospital of SPH, and Dr. Arvin Alejandro, provincial health officer, led the Capitol employees in a walk-through at the SPH. The construction of the SPH East Wing building has an appropriation of P148M for phases one, two, and three which was mobilized through the initiative of Senator Manny Pacquiao, Congressman Ruel Pacquiao, with the help of Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon, Vice Governor Elmer de Peralta, and all the Sangguniang Panlalawigan members. The three-story SPH East Wing building can now accommodate imaging services such as ultrasound, x-ray, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). It has air-conditioned wards, private rooms, and is equipped with an elevator for a better quality health care service for every Sarangan.
