ALABEL, Sarangani (July 6, 2022) – In line with the celebration of National Resilience Month, the Provincial Government of Sarangani through its Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office conducted a 16-day Search and Rescue Auxiliary Training (SARAT) course from June 20 to July 6.

The effort aimed to continuously capacitate the seven Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices (MDRRMO) of the province to efficiently and effectively respond in times of disaster.

Around 31 rescue volunteers from the seven towns of the province, each with three participants, as well as 10 members from the Provincial Security Group, attended the training course.

Sumala kang Teresita Palma Guylan, DSWD SarGen Cluster Provincial Link of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, nihangyo usab sila og suporta sa gobernador alang sa mga programa ug serbisyo sa DSWD sa probinsya kung asa nisaad si Gobernador Pacquiao ang full support niini.
