ALABEL, Sarangani (May 10, 2022) – The Provincial Board of Canvassers and the Commission on Elections-Sarangani officially proclaim the winners of the 2022 Local and National Elections in Sarangani on May 10 at the SP Session Hall, Capitol Compound. Outgoing Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (2nd from right) is declared the new congressman of the lone district of Sarangani, while outgoing Congressman Ruel Pacquiao (3rd from right) is hailed the new governor of the province, and Vice Governor Elmer de Peralta (3rd from left) will continue his public service for his third and last term. Solon, Pacquiao, and De Peralta, along with the board members, have achieved a landslide win for the People's Champ Movement (PCM-Sarangani). Solon casts his vote

KIAMBA, Sarangani (May 10, 2022) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon casts his vote during the 2022 national and local elections on May 9 at Kling Elementary School. Solon ran as Congressman for the lone district of Sarangani Province. He is serving his third term as governor of Sarangani and authored the Sulong Sarangani program. Also, under his administration, a total of P2.5 billion or 226.6 kilometers of road were concreted which benefited many constituents living in the province’s far-flung areas. (Jake T. Sarangani conducts peaceful election

KIAMBA, Sarangani (May 10, 2022) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon together with Sarangani’s First Lady Michelle L. Solon, provincial tourism council chairperson, falls in line during the 2022 national and local elections on May 9 at Kling Elementary School. Solon ran for the position of Congressman for the lone district of Sarangani Province while serving his three terms as the governor. During his leadership, various programs and projects were realized and pushed through such as the welfare of the youth, road concreting and infrastructure projects, and COVID-19 response during the height of the pandemic.
