Betty Katug-treasurer; Fulung Justino Maguan-auditor; Fulong Orlando Alvarez-PIO; Sarangani Indigenous Peoples Professional Association (SIPPA) program manager Fulong Romeo Martin; and SPTC consultant Bong Fulong Mnga’we Banwe Fredo Basino, attended the IP congress.

Also present were Sarangani Indigenous Peoples Resiliency and Advancement (SIPRA) program manager Fulong Men Mark Tumandan; Mindanao Indigenous Peoples Council of Elders and Leaders (MIPCEL) provincial coordinator Fulong Restituto Lantingan; Board members Irish Louie Arnado-Beñola, Jess Bascuña, Joseph Calanao, Ephraim Galzote and Indigenous People Mandatory Representative (IPMR) Datu Benjamin Donato; and Vice Governor Elmer De Peralta.

Each of them showed support by signing the Manifesto of Support, which signifies the "strong and committed support of all the SPTC officers and members for the implementation of the special programs of the Ronda Probinsya flagship program" of Governor Pacquiao.
