MAASIM, Sarangani (July 18, 2012) – Mayor Arturo Lawa and Vice Mayor Uttoh Salem Cutan (both with spade) and Board Member Limuel Gacula and municipal officials break ground for a KALAHI-CIDSS two-classroom building at sitio Macnit, in barangay Nomoh Tuesday, July 17.
