weather specialist chief of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical
and Astronomical Service Administration (PAGASA), explains the weather
system affecting the country Tuesday, June 26, during the one-day
seminar-workshop on the use of Automated Weather Station (AWS) data
for disaster preparedness. The event at the Capitol gym was attended
by various government agencies and non-government organizations.
