VISITORS FROM PAMPANGA :: ALABEL, Sarangani (May 30, 2008) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon admires a token from Pampanga social workers in a courtesy call Friday, May 30. It is a souvenir item made from the actual volcanic ash of the 1991 eruption of Mt. Pinatubo. The group of social welfare officers led by Lucia Gutierrez, Pampanga provincial social welfare and development officer, is on a visit to Sarangani's child-friendly municipalities to observe their best practices.
