GOVERNOR THANKS JAPAN :: MALAPATAN, Sarangani (May 28, 2008) – Governor Migs Dominguez delivers a message of gratitude to the delegates from the Japanese Embassy for assisting the province's investment in human capital and education. Officials inaugurated Wednesday, May 28, a two-storey, 10-classroom school building from Japan's Grant Assistance for Grassroots Humanity Security Projects.
