CONGRESSMAN PACQUIAO AND GOVERNOR MIGS DOMINGUEZ :: GENERAL SANTOS CITY (August 5, 2010) – Sarangani Governor Migs Dominguez and Congressman Manny Pacquiao react to the rationale presented by the provincial planning office during the Sarangani Development Summit Thursday, August 5. The summit, attended by provincial and municipal officials, is in line with the goal of the governor of promoting transparent, responsive and accountable governance. Sarangani’s seven municipalities presented their priority development thrusts to address poverty problems determined by the Community-Based Management System.
