TOWER INAUGURATION :: GUMASA, Glan (May 20, 2008) – The inauguration of a new tower of Smart Communications Inc. is led by barangay chairman Nick Morales (2nd from left) of Gumasa on May 17 with barangay officials, Smart executives and Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (extreme left) and Governor Migs Dominguez (center).
