MIGS WITH CHILDREN OF BARANGAY UPO :: MAITUM, Sarangani (February 7, 2010) - Governor Migs Dominguez plays
with children of barangay Upo during his birthday celebration with the
community. The provincial government conducted medical outreach as
part of the governor's birthday celebration with free lunch provided
