HEALTH PLAN :: ALABEL, Sarangani (April 14, 2008) – Dr. Antonio Yasaña, provincial health officer, shows to Capitol officials and employees Monday, April 14, the health investment plan in Sarangani Province which Gov. Migs Dominguez presented before a panel of national and international funding institutions in Manila last week. The panel lauded Dominguez for his “comprehensive, straightforward, transparent, and very focused on good governance” presentation. The medium-term health investment plan embodies the four implementation components of the Health Sector Reform Agenda: governance, health financing, service delivery and regulation.
